About the 2027 Edition

A Signature Gathering Between the Brigade and Greater Montréal
The Canadian Army Reserve embodies a unique model of civic commitment: women and men who serve their country while pursuing civilian careers, studies, or family responsibilities. The 34 CBG Gala provides a privileged opportunity to celebrate these citizen-soldiers, showcase their achievements, and share military traditions with leaders, partners, and citizens from across Greater Montréal.
In 2027, the third edition of the gala will bring together approximately 400 military members, civilian guests, partners, and representatives from the business community to celebrate 34 CBG and mark the 30th anniversary of the Brigade’s creation. This exceptional evening will serve as a privileged showcase to recognize the essential role of employers, strengthen ties with Québec society, and increase the visibility of the Reserve in the public sphere.
More than a ceremonial event, the 34 CBG Gala is an experience of connection, recognition, and partnership. It enables business, institutional, and community leaders to gain a closer understanding of the realities of reservists, their contribution to domestic and international operations, and the tangible impact of the support provided by civilian employers. By bringing together former members, serving military personnel, partners, and guests of honour, the event strengthens an essential support network and positions the Brigade as an engaged, visible, and deeply rooted actor within its community.
